A Special Event ~ Continuing Education at the Indiana State Fair
Bring the family to the Indiana State Fair ~ they can enjoy the food and fun of the fair while you obtain 4 hours of continuing education, then meet up with them at 5 pm when you are finished! The IVMA and Merial are excited to bring you this unique CE opportunity at the Indiana State Fair. The meeting will be held in the Conference Room at the IN Board of Animal Health which is located on the fairgrounds on Saturday afternoon, August 16.

Featured Speaker: Clarke Atkins, DVM, the Jane Lewis Seaks Distinguished Professor of Companion Animal Medicine (Emeritus) at North Carolina State University and 2004 Norden Award Winner, is board-certified by the ACVIM (Medicine & Cardiology). His research involves canine and feline heartworm disease and treatment of cardiovascular disease in dogs, cats, and horses. He has over 150 publications and has provided well over 1000 hours of continuing education in the U.S. and many countries around the world. He has recently retired from the University but continues his lecturing and research.
